Robinson Tombari Sibe, Ph.D., is an Information Technology Consultant with two decades of experience managing teams and projects in cybersecurity and digital forensics, e-Government, Technology deployments, and Geospatial Technologies. He is an official member of the Forbes Technology Council.
He has a Ph.D. in Information Technology (Digital Forensics) and a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics from the University of the Cumberlands, Kentucky, USA. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (Second Class Upper) from Rivers State University.
