About Alexis Grams: Alexis is a 20-something Minnesota native who has a passion for creativity and mental health advocacy. During the pandemic, she started creating Tiktok videos centered around her experiences with having ADHD. She quickly realized how fun it was connecting with the Neurodivergent community and hopes to educate viewers on some of the lesser-known nuances of ADHD while keeping her videos light and humorous.
